A pipe rubber sleeve can provide a flexible protective passage around a cable or wire route. Its internal size and length should suit the component it covers and the opening nearby. Custom structure, material, hardness, and color allow the sleeve to follow the assembly requirements.
Plan the installation sequence before connectors or other large end features restrict access. A sleeve that fits the cable itself may not pass over a finished connector. The assembly should accommodate its intended fitting method without cutting or excessively stretching the rubber afterward.
Check where the sleeve ends relative to panel edges and bends. It should cover the region that needs protection while leaving the cable free to follow its intended route. Remove damaging burrs from nearby cutouts and secure the cable with the required supports. During care, inspect the sleeve ends for rubbing or displacement, especially after changes to the route. A replacement should match the required passage and coverage length rather than being shortened to clear an obstruction that the original assembly avoided.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A sleeve that fits the cable itself may not pass over a finished connector. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
