This automotive rubber cable sleeve surrounds a section of wiring or pipe at its intended vehicle location. The custom molded shape can be adapted to the route, giving the assembly a defined covering where space and nearby components constrain the passage. The sleeve length and end geometry should follow the actual installation.
Check the route with adjacent vehicle parts fitted. A sleeve may need clearance from brackets, connectors, and moving components that are absent during early assembly. The cable inside must retain its permitted bend, and the ends should not be forced against a change in diameter that prevents proper seating.
For a water-resistant arrangement, the sleeve ends and adjoining components need a coordinated fit. Covering the cable alone does not close every possible entry path. Inspect the completed route under the conditions required by the vehicle design. During service, check that the sleeve has not twisted or been displaced when the harness is moved, and secure the wiring so its weight and normal movement are supported appropriately.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
