Rubber pipe sleeves can be developed as coverings around another component or as tubing within a separately assessed assembly. The intended role determines the important dimensions. A protective sleeve follows the outside of a pipe or cable, while a working tube also needs its internal passage and connection arrangement defined for the medium it carries.
Custom silicone and other rubber materials, dimensions, hardness and colors are available. Establish the bore, wall thickness and length using the actual installation. Include nearby bends and fittings so the sleeve does not end where a rigid edge or abrupt turn creates unwanted contact.
During fitting, support the rubber along its length instead of pulling only at one end. Check for a folded section or a passage distorted by the surrounding hardware. Select the compound for the temperature and exposure involved, and assess any fluid or pressure duty on the complete system. During maintenance, inspect the transition between covered and uncovered areas for wear that may indicate an unsuitable end position or routing support.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
