A silicone rubber seal gasket for pots needs to remain in its intended location as the lid is positioned. The retaining recess, pot rim and lid contact face should be considered together. A gasket that sits correctly in an open lid may shift when the lid is lowered at an angle or turned into its final position.
This clear silicone version can be customized in dimensions and material formulation. For food contact, match the compound to the contents, temperature and cleaning routine. The specific pot and lid design determines the required sealing arrangement; pressure use needs assessment of that complete system.
Fit the gasket without stretching one section to make it reach the seat. Work around the perimeter and check for a rolled or lifted area before closing the lid. Clear material can make some residue visible, but inspect the surfaces directly during cleaning rather than relying only on appearance through the rubber. After washing, make sure the ring is correctly reseated. If it repeatedly slips out during closure, review the groove fit and lid movement instead of pressing harder on the lid.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
