Match the attachment and installation method
A transparent silicone rubber suction cup allows the contact region to remain visible during positioning. This can be helpful when placing a removable attachment on glass or another suitable smooth surface, where the edge needs continuous contact. Custom dimensions let the cup match the available area and the component it supports.
Look closely at the rim after pressing the cup into place. A small trapped particle, local fold, or uneven surface can prevent part of the edge from seating. Transparency can assist inspection, but it does not establish holding strength or compensate for a textured mounting location.
Evaluate the cup with the actual load and orientation. A vertical arrangement, a horizontal surface, and an attachment pulled away at an angle place different demands on the connection. Keep the intended item supported while checking the fit. Release the cup at its edge when removing it, then clean the contact face before the next use. Store it without crushing the rim so that it retains the shape needed for subsequent placement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
