Custom small silicone feet give furniture a rubber contact at selected points beneath its structure. The anti-skid behavior should be evaluated on the intended supporting surface, including the finish and normal cleaning residue. A result on one tabletop or floor should not be assumed to apply to every other finish.
Develop the profile and hardness around the furniture's attachment area and expected movement. The compact contact should remain seated when the furniture is lifted or repositioned, without exposing the underlying leg or fitting. Color and dimensions can be customized to suit the design.
After fitting, check the furniture in its normal position and inspect whether each foot meets the surface as intended. Keep dust and particles away from the contact faces. If the furniture begins to skid, examine the floor or tabletop condition as well as the rubber. A loose frame connection, tilted foot or contaminated surface can change the result even when the selected silicone compound has not changed.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The compact contact should remain seated when the furniture is lifted or repositioned, without exposing the underlying leg or fitting. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
