Define the visible surfaces and intended color

Match the attachment and installation method
A hard rubber suction cup should be selected for how its contact face fits the intended surface, rather than for firmness alone. Size, color and rubber hardness can be customized for the mounting arrangement. A firmer-feeling component may support its attached hardware differently, but it still needs an uninterrupted rim contact to develop suction.
Evaluate the actual molded cup with the complete attachment. Pressing a loose sample flat by hand does not show how a bracket or load may distort it. Observe whether the face settles evenly or whether one portion springs away as pressure is released.
Define the flexible cup material and any supporting plastic component separately so the complete construction suits the intended attachment. Similar external shapes can behave differently during installation, release and repeated use.
Keep the cup face away from rough bench surfaces and sharp hardware. Damage that seems small on a rigid part can matter at a sealing lip. When repositioning, admit air beneath the edge gently rather than bending the body sharply backward. Assess the intended load on the actual contact surface; no specific working capacity is established here.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
