Match the attachment and installation method
A glass vacuum suction cup attaches through a pressure difference created beneath its flexible face. The contact surface must be smooth and nonporous, making glass a relevant mounting surface when it is clean and sound. A hook provides a hanging point, with removal possible without a permanent drilled fixing. ETOL offers the cup as a custom component, with its glass-contact diameter and attachment arrangement selected for the intended mounting.
Pay particular attention to what lies under the lip. A small particle, textured coating or surface scratch crossing the contact area can create an air path and weaken the hold. Clean both the glass and the cup, allow the surface to dry as appropriate for the installation, and seat the lip without trapping a fold.
Evaluate the working load with the complete attachment on the intended glass, including the orientation, surface condition and contact duration. Check the hook connection as well as the rim, since movement at either interface can change how the hanging item pulls against the cup.
ETOL offers customized dimensions, structure, color and material, with hardness options described from 30 to 90 Shore A. Changes to the cup shape or softness affect how it conforms to the surface. Keep hanging items from striking the hook sideways, and release the cup at its edge rather than yanking the suspended item to remove it.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
