Flexible rubber silicone keypads provide custom molded controls within a shared elastomer component. Flexibility allows the keys to move, but the surrounding sheet still needs defined support and location. Its role is to keep the control group aligned while each key performs the intended press and release.
Review the spaces around and between the buttons. The sheet should not be stretched across mismatched locating points or left folded beneath the enclosure. Local distortion can change more than one key's resting position. Check the assembly after fastening and include presses across neighboring controls to confirm that their movements remain independent.
Size, color, and printed or molded markings can be customized for the interface. The selected material should suit the actual use conditions. During service, retain the specified orientation and supports when refitting the keypad. If a section moves unexpectedly, inspect the mechanical seating and clearance rather than assuming greater material softness will improve the operation of the complete control group.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
