Rubber numeric buttons should keep each number easy to distinguish within the available key area. The legend size, contrast and position need to work with the molded silicone profile and housing opening. A large marking should not encourage a key shape that leaves inadequate clearance for movement.
Custom dimensions, colors and printed or molded identification options allow the keypad to follow the product. Evaluate the number layout at the normal viewing distance and angle. Check how a hand covering one part of the keypad affects visibility of the next key in a typical entry sequence.
Mechanically, the buttons must align with the intended internal actuation arrangement. Test the complete assembly after fastening and include presses between the center and edge of each key. Inspect return after release and check whether one row is constrained by the housing. During cleaning, preserve the selected marking finish and remove residue around the openings. If numbers become difficult to read or keys begin to rub, assess the visible surface and mechanical seat separately before changing the entire keypad design.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
