A rubber buffer for devices should fit the contact location and available space in the finished enclosure. Custom molded height, footprint, and attachment can follow the design. The material needs to suit the local environment and the way the neighboring component loads the buffer.
Check the enclosure in its final assembled position. A cover or fastener may sit closer to the rubber after tightening, reducing the clearance visible during initial fitting. The working face should meet the intended component without another hard feature making contact first.
Install using the device's specified arrangement and evaluate the complete interaction. The rubber part alone does not define an impact or vibration rating. During maintenance, inspect the contact pattern and attachment for movement or damage. Recheck clearance after replacing nearby components. Use a matching profile and compound for replacement so that the buffer returns to its original position rather than changing the device's closing or movement space through a taller substitute.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The material needs to suit the local environment and the way the neighboring component loads the buffer. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
