Silicone rubber keypads use a flexible web to connect and locate buttons within an assembly. That web needs enough room to behave as designed without being pinched by the enclosure or pulled across misaligned locating features. Its condition can influence several keys at once, making it worth checking alongside the individual button tops.
Match the conductive contact positions and travel to the circuit and support beneath the sheet. The housing openings should leave clearance for the intended movement, including off center presses. Select legends and colors around the final control layout while preserving the underlying geometry.
Fit the keypad flat and test operation after all fasteners reach their intended assembly condition. Inspect the perimeter and regions between keys if return feels uneven. During service, keep debris out of the openings and use care when lifting the sheet from its locating features. A tear in the connecting web should not be ignored simply because the visible buttons still look intact, since the sheet may no longer hold the designed alignment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
