Prototype silicone rubber keypads can combine custom molded buttons with the markings planned for a control interface. Printing, embossed or debossed details, and color-filled legends allow the visible command to be assessed on the actual key surface. The prototype is most useful when that surface is viewed within the intended enclosure.
Check the available legend area after fitting. The bezel may hide a margin, and a curved key top can affect how small symbols appear. The chosen marking should stay readable in the normal operating direction without crowding the edge. Its position should also correspond to the physical point the user presses.
Operate the prototype with the matching internal support to assess travel and release. A change to the key outline can alter both the usable print area and how an edge press behaves. Keep those relationships connected during development rather than judging appearance separately from fit. Handle the prototype carefully between evaluations and inspect for damage that could affect later observations of the key's movement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
