A universal rubber grommet is useful as a general cable-edge protector when its profile matches the intended cutout. Similar-looking rings can have different retaining grooves and bore shapes, so a practical replacement needs more than an approximate outside diameter.
This silicone-oriented product can be customized in material, dimensions, structure, hardness and color. Compare the panel-engaging portion first, then the passage used by the cable. Also check how far the flange extends across the surrounding face, particularly near a corner or another entry. These features determine whether the part can sit securely without overlapping nearby details.
Try the grommet in the finished opening before threading a complicated harness through it. The rim should engage evenly without folding inward or dropping through the hole. After routing the cable, inspect the opposite side again; insertion can pull a previously seated flange out of position. Keep any separate cable clamp responsible for the cable's weight and pulling load so the grommet can remain focused on protecting the cut edge.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Also check how far the flange extends across the surrounding face, particularly near a corner or another entry. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
