Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Rubber mounts with metal need their rigid connection and flexible body developed as one component. The metal geometry should match the receiving support, while the rubber section suits the intended load and movement. Custom dimensions can follow a compact assembly without treating the visible rubber outline as the complete specification.
Check where the metal element is supported and how force passes from it into the rubber. The surrounding hardware should hold the mount in its designed orientation. Leave room for the working body rather than clamping across a region intended to flex.
Select the compound for the actual environmental exposure. Install with the specified method and evaluate the complete equipment under its normal conditions. During maintenance, inspect the rubber near the metal transition and check the connection for loosening or displacement. Replace with the matching rigid and molded geometry so that the original support relationship is preserved. A similar rubber body with different metal details may not reproduce the same attachment or installed position.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The metal geometry should match the receiving support, while the rubber section suits the intended load and movement. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
