A neoprene rubber flat washer can provide a compliant interface in a defined flange joint. Its thickness contributes to the gap as the assembly closes, while its inner and outer edges define the working contact area. The washer should be selected around that complete geometry rather than an approximate ring size.
Check the flange support and required compression before choosing the profile. The neoprene formulation must suit the actual medium, temperature and cleaning exposure. A general quality description does not establish the joint's pressure capacity or make the part suitable for every flange application.
Keep the washer centered and free from debris during fitting, using the procedure defined for the receiving assembly. Inspect for uneven squeeze or rubber entering an unintended gap. During maintenance, replace a damaged part with its intended new profile instead of copying a permanently flattened section. If wear recurs in one location, examine the mating face and alignment before expecting another washer to restore a reliable contact there.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A flange washer contributes both a closing thickness and a supported annular contact area. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
