A rubber flat washer in a flange arrangement needs a supported contact width between its inner and outer edges. Selecting a size by outside diameter alone can leave a different opening or unsupported section within the joint. The actual mating faces should determine the full ring geometry.
For a Viton or FKM choice, define the material formulation around the sealed medium and service conditions. Similar ring shapes in other rubber families are separate selections, not automatically equivalent substitutes. The intended compression and fastening arrangement also need to be preserved.
Fit the washer flat on clean faces and check that it does not project into a required passage. Evaluate the complete assembly for its duty rather than assigning performance from the material name. During replacement, compare the bore and new-part thickness as well as the outside size. A washer with only one matching dimension can change the flange contact conditions even when its outer edge appears correctly aligned.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
