For small sizes O-ring selection, section diameter matters as much as the size of the opening the ring surrounds. FKM and NBR are different material options in this custom washer and ring offering. Choose the compound for the actual fluid and temperature before comparing the finished dimensions.
At a compact scale, a small particle or twist can affect a noticeable portion of the contact region. Handle the ring on a clean surface and avoid stretching it across sharp features unnecessarily. The groove should receive the intended section without forcing the rubber into an undersized space.
Check the ring after positioning and before the mating component hides it. Close the assembly through its normal locating arrangement so that the seal is not pinched at one side. During maintenance, keep visually similar variants separated by material and size. Replace a cut or permanently flattened ring with the specified profile rather than using an approximately sized washer or a different compound simply because it is available.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
