NBR rubber round washers provide a custom annular component for a selected sealing interface. The inner and outer dimensions should place the rubber over the intended contact land without covering a passage or leaving a sealing edge unsupported. The washer's position matters as much as its nominal outside size.
Center the part before the adjoining surfaces are brought together. If the washer shifts as the joint closes, one side can be pinched while the other loses useful contact. The seat or assembly method should help keep it in place through tightening. The chosen thickness should suit the planned compression and final position of the mating parts.
NBR selection should follow the actual medium and local operating conditions. The complete joint determines pressure and sealing performance. During service, remove old material from the seat and inspect the faces for damage. Replace with the specified profile rather than a ring of similar diameter, since a different cross-section can change how the seal is supported and compressed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
