Custom phone keypad buttons need clear identification within a compact housing as well as correct movement toward their underlying contacts. The silk-printed legends should fit the visible portion of each molded key without being crowded against the panel edges.
ETOL can customize the outline, dimensions, colors and markings. Compare the keypad with the complete phone or control housing, including the normal viewing and pressing directions. Closely spaced keys should remain distinguishable without their flexible connecting regions being held in tension.
Check the assembled response through the intended electronics, pressing neighboring keys individually and in the combinations required by the interface. Inspect return and clearance near the edges of the layout. Keep printing free of handling residue during assembly and use compatible cleaning methods. During service, examine the common locating features if several keys become offset rather than adjusting each button separately. Replace damaged webs or unreadable surface construction through the intended product process, and correct any bezel edge that rubs the printed face before the new component is fitted.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
