Conductive silicone switch buttons combine a user facing control with an electrical contact function in the assembled product. Color can help identify individual functions, while the underside geometry must align with the intended circuit interface. Those visual and electrical roles should be coordinated without assuming that the visible silicone color defines the conductive behavior.
Custom dimensions, profiles and colors allow the buttons to match the housing. Establish the contact position and available travel, then evaluate the selected conductive arrangement against the actual circuit and required response. The surrounding support should keep the button located during offset presses.
Check each control after final enclosure fastening and include return after release. A button held partly compressed by the housing may behave differently from a loose sample. During assembly, keep the contact region free of debris and avoid stretching the molded part to reach its locating features. Clean the visible surface with a method compatible with its material and markings, while following the product's service process for the internal contact area.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
