Custom equipment rubber feet provide flexible contact points for the base of an industrial assembly. Their placement and installed height should suit the equipment in its normal working configuration. Changes in contents or attached components can affect the way that configuration rests on the feet.
Review stability after fitting the items normally used with the equipment. A connection pulling from one side or a heavier removable section can change the loading at individual supports. Each foot should remain seated and the intended contact faces should meet the supporting surface. A rigid underside feature should not become an additional support as the rubber settles.
Size, material, and color can be developed around the base design. During maintenance, inspect the feet as a complete set instead of looking only at the most accessible position. If one is missing or worn to a different height, the others may carry the equipment differently. Restore the specified arrangement and check the complete unit again before assuming that its original support condition has returned.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
