Rubber buttons form the flexible operating surfaces in a custom equipment control panel. The molded dimensions can follow the available housing space and the switch locations beneath. The panel layout should reflect the direction from which an operator normally reaches the controls.
Check the usable face area and separation between functions. A key that is easy to press from directly above may be less accessible when a housing edge or neighboring control limits the approach. The visible height also needs to agree with the movement available below the panel.
The membrane should be supported around the controls without being trapped in their moving path. During assembly, align the keys with the switches and inspect the surrounding edges before securing the enclosure. Test the complete panel from its normal operating position, including adjacent controls and keys close to the outer frame. Keep the underside free of loose particles. Select the compound and surface finish for the equipment's actual environment and cleaning routine, rather than assuming every molded button is suitable for the same industrial conditions.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
