A conductive silicone rubber keypad needs its operating faces and contact regions aligned with the electronics. Custom molding allows the dimensions, base, and identifying details to follow the device. The visible button pattern should be developed with the circuit positions rather than treated as a separate decorative layer.
Check the movement of each key through its intended stroke. The base must remain at its locating references while the flexible section guides the contact toward the corresponding circuit area. Large faces pressed near an edge need evaluation alongside smaller keys.
Fit the keypad with clean contacting surfaces and inspect the perimeter before fastening the housing. Evaluate the complete device for return and neighboring-key separation after assembly. Select printing or molded identification for the actual face geometry and cleaning process. During servicing, restore the original orientation and support relationship before checking every control. Use the matching underside and visible layout for replacement rather than choosing only by the external key pattern.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
