Custom chair rubber feet provide the interface between a chair leg and its resting surface. The internal fit should follow the leg or retaining feature, while the outside contact area should meet the floor as intended. Different chair sizes require attention to both interfaces rather than selection by the visible foot width alone.
Check the leg angle and the installed seating depth. A foot that is not fully engaged can leave the chair at an uneven height, while a mismatched contact face may stand on an edge. Assess the complete chair for stable contact at every support point. Size and color can be customized to coordinate with the chair design, and the material should suit the actual floor and care conditions.
Keep grit away from the contact faces during cleaning. If a foot repeatedly loosens or wears unevenly, inspect the leg and mounting fit before replacing it. A rubber foot cannot correct a distorted chair structure simply by being made thicker at one position.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A foot that is not fully engaged can leave the chair at an uneven height, while a mismatched contact face may stand on an edge. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
