Heat-resistant rubber gaskets must be selected around the temperature and exposure at the actual joint. EPDM and silicone formulations can be considered for different defined conditions, but neither material name establishes a universal thermal range. The gasket's section and contact geometry also affect the finished assembly.
Check how the joint closes and where compression is applied. A washer-style seal and a larger shaped gasket may need different support, even under similar temperatures. The sealed medium and any cleaning process should be evaluated with the chosen compound and mating parts.
Install on clean faces without trapping particles or folding a narrow section. Assess the completed joint through the relevant operating conditions rather than relying only on its cold fit. During maintenance, inspect for changes in shape, cracking or an uneven contact pattern. Replace using the intended new-part geometry and formulation so a worn profile is not mistaken for the correct dimensions after repeated exposure to the service temperature.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The gasket's section and contact geometry also affect the finished assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
