An insulated round grommet places a custom NBR rubber interface between a cable and its surrounding opening. The molded profile can protect against mechanical contact with the panel, while any required electrical insulation must be specified and evaluated for the actual assembly. A round rubber shape does not define a voltage rating on its own.
Select the compound and wall geometry around the intended contact conditions. Keep the cable jacket undamaged during threading, and make sure any metal mounting feature remains where the design intends. Match the retained fit so the liner cannot shift and expose the panel edge during ordinary handling. Custom dimensions and color can support the chosen configuration. After installation, inspect the full passage and the nearest cable bend before the area is closed. During maintenance, replace a cut or displaced grommet after checking the cable covering as well. Do not use a thicker-looking liner to conceal damage to the cable or an opening that no longer matches the retained profile.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The molded profile can protect against mechanical contact with the panel, while any required electrical insulation must be specified and evaluated for the actual assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
