Match the attachment and installation method
NBR rubber feet can be custom molded for an equipment support where the compound and geometry suit the operating environment. The product can be developed with the required dimensions, colors, and identification. Its floor-contacting face and attachment region need to work together to maintain the intended installed position.
Where oil may reach the base, consider the specific fluid and the duration of contact when selecting the NBR formulation. The pad's load support and movement also depend on its dimensions and hardness. The material name alone does not establish a particular vibration reduction or slip resistance for the complete equipment.
Position the feet beneath supported regions of the base and keep their installed heights compatible. Fit each part using the designed connection, then assess the equipment under normal operation on its intended surface. Remove particles and residue from the contact faces during care. Inspect for displacement, splits, or permanent deformation, especially after relocating the equipment. A replacement should reproduce the required attachment profile and support behavior rather than simply matching the visible color.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Position the feet beneath supported regions of the base and keep their installed heights compatible. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
