Custom 2 inch rubber feet provide a rubber contact element for a defined support location. The size designation should be linked to the intended feature, while the mounting profile, working face, and installed height are dimensioned for the assembly. A cap or tip version also needs an internal shape that matches the component it covers.
Check the product with all its feet fitted. Their heights and positions should allow the intended contact faces to share support without rocking. A larger visible footprint does not compensate for an unsuitable attachment or a distorted supporting structure. Keep the rubber clear of surrounding parts that would prevent it from working in its intended position. Select the compound and hardness for the actual load, surface, and environment. For vibration related use, evaluate the complete supported assembly rather than assigning a result from the nominal size. During maintenance, inspect the contact face and attachment together, and preserve the original geometry when replacing a foot.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
