A rubber thick gasket for an industrial machine should follow the particular joint rather than a general machine category. The available cover space, locating details and fastening arrangement determine the section that can be fitted and compressed. Service access also matters if the joint will be opened regularly.
SBR, NBR and EPDM are different compound choices. Select the material for the machine's relevant fluids, temperatures and cleaning exposure, then develop the gasket dimensions around the actual faces. Custom shapes and colors can follow the equipment configuration.
Trial the gasket with the complete cover or mating component installed. Check that thickness does not prevent the assembly from reaching its intended position or cause contact elsewhere in the mechanism. During service, remove the cover without dragging sharp edges across the rubber. Inspect the seating area and the gasket for localized wear. If repeated opening displaces one section, review the locating method and access movement before replacing the gasket with another of the same outline.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
