A rubber square seal ring forms a closed perimeter whose section must remain correctly positioned as the joint compresses it. With a thick gasket profile, the available groove depth and neighboring clearances are important because the rubber needs to deform within the intended space rather than into an adjacent opening.
Develop the long and short dimensions, corner shapes and thickness around the mating parts. Silicone, SBR, NBR and EPDM are separate material options and should be evaluated for the actual exposure. The selected formulation should remain linked to the final profile when replacements are produced.
Seat the ring without stretching its sides and inspect its position before the opposing face covers it. Fasten the assembly according to its design and check visible areas for pinching or outward movement. During disassembly, compare the contact around the corners with the straight sections. A persistent difference may indicate an uneven seating or support condition that should be corrected before a new ring is fitted.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
