Silicone numeric buttons provide a flexible input surface for a number-entry interface. Their arrangement should let users move confidently between digits, with enough separation to identify the selected key by touch as well as sight. The surrounding panel is part of that experience: a raised border can restrict access to the outer row even when the button pattern itself is evenly spaced.
When specifying the molded part, relate the button centers to both the circuit board and the enclosure openings. Legend placement should remain readable after the keypad is seated, and a depressed key should have room to travel without dragging its printed face against the panel. Any additional confirmation or correction controls need a recognizable place in the layout.
Check entry sequences on the assembled unit rather than assessing individual keys alone. Repeated movement between neighboring digits can expose inconsistent feel or accidental double activation. Cleaning should remove residue around the key edges without scraping the legends or forcing liquid into the assembly. Inspect worn markings before they become a source of entry errors.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
