A soft silicone seal ring should follow its intended joint without being stretched or pinched into place. The compliant section needs enough support from the mating geometry to remain where the design requires it during closure. Softer material can still be damaged by an edge or displaced into an unintended clearance.
Custom shape, dimensions and color allow the ring or washer profile to match the assembly. White is one available appearance, while the actual formulation should be selected for the medium and operating conditions. Compare the section and available groove space together rather than choosing only by outside diameter.
Place the part evenly and inspect the full contact path before the joint becomes hidden. If the ring moves as the mating face is lowered, review the locating arrangement and closure movement. During servicing, lift the old rubber carefully so it does not tear against the seat. Use the designated replacement dimensions and compound instead of assuming that any similarly soft ring will behave the same in the joint.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
