A transparent rubber washer can be custom molded around a central opening and the contact area surrounding it. The hole may locate around a fitting or another assembly feature, while the outside boundary needs to remain supported by the mating surface. The visible material can assist positioning during installation.
Measure the central feature and the available radial space independently. A washer with the right outside size may still bind at its inner edge, causing it to lift or distort before the joint closes. Select the section thickness from the compression and clearance intended for the assembly.
Choose the compound for the actual medium and temperature, then fit the washer without forcing its opening over a damaging edge. Check that it lies flat around the locating feature. During closure, watch for sideways movement that could leave only part of the washer under the mating face. Clean the seating area during maintenance and examine both the inner and outer edges for damage. Preserve the specified opening size when selecting a replacement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
