Product Overview

Natural rubber can be specified for custom anti-vibration mounts or rubber feet where the formulation suits the operating environment. The molded dimensions and attachment should be selected with the load and movement at the support. Material choice and body geometry need to work together within the complete assembly.

Check the installed height, footprint, and direction of force. The supported component should remain aligned without an unintended rigid contact bypassing the rubber. Where multiple feet share the load, keep their geometry compatible with the equipment design.

Install through the intended procedure and evaluate the complete setup under normal conditions. The material name alone does not establish a damping level or load rating. During care, inspect the working section and attachment for damage, loosening, or persistent displacement. Select replacements with the required formulation and profile rather than choosing only by softness or visible size. Preserve the original support arrangement and review nearby clearances if wear repeatedly appears at the same location.

Material options
Natural rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. The molded dimensions and attachment should be selected with the load and movement at the support.
Custom geometry
Check the installed height, footprint, and direction of force.
Fit evaluation
Install through the intended procedure and evaluate the complete setup under normal conditions.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly

04

Produce & inspect

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements

Review the intended assembly

Working conditions

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.

Material and structure

Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.

Installation

Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
