Match the attachment and installation method
A natural rubber plug provides a custom molded body for closing a receiving opening. The profile should match the bore or recess and the intended insertion depth. Material selection should reflect the actual substances and temperature at the closure rather than the rubber name alone.
Check any taper, shoulder, or internal obstruction that affects the seating area. The visible top needs enough access for the planned removal method, while the inserted body must make the intended contact. An oversized head cannot compensate for an unsuitable fit beneath it.
Fit the stopper into a clean, smooth opening without forcing it beyond the designed position. Inspect the edge for tilting or uneven compression. Required waterproof behavior depends on the complete closure and its exposure conditions, so it should be evaluated with the actual receiving part. Before reuse, check for cuts or permanent deformation and clean the contact surface. Replace a loose or damaged stopper with the matching geometry rather than driving it deeper to recover the fit.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The profile should match the bore or recess and the intended insertion depth. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
