Custom round rubber washers can be molded in NBR or FKM for a flat gasket interface. The inner diameter provides clearance around the central feature, while the outer ring needs support from the mating faces. These dimensions should be chosen together with thickness to establish the intended contact area.
Check the central opening after the washer is positioned. It should not be stretched over an oversized feature or displaced as adjoining hardware is assembled. At the outer edge, confirm that the rubber is not left spanning a gap where compression can push it out of place.
Choose the finished formulation for the medium and operating temperature. Before fitting, clean the faces and remove debris that could produce a local high spot. During maintenance, examine the washer for cuts at the inner edge and uneven flattening around the ring. A replacement should preserve the working dimensions and compound requirements, even when several round washers appear similar from the outside. Correct support issues if the same edge repeatedly becomes damaged.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
