A rubber molded bumper can be customized in NBR or FKM for a particular contact or support location. The working face should suit the area where the opposing component meets it, while the mounting region keeps the bumper positioned. Material selection should follow the actual mechanical and environmental conditions.
Check whether contact is centered or arrives at an angle. A narrow edge being struck or rubbed repeatedly can wear differently from a face loaded across its intended area. For rubber foot versions, assess the complete supported item so one foot is not taking unintended contact because of a height difference.
Evaluate the assembly under its expected use before assigning a buffering role to the part. During maintenance, inspect contact marks, cuts and persistent flattening. Clear grit from the mating surfaces and check the attachment for movement. If wear is localized, correct alignment or support conditions before fitting another bumper. A replacement with a larger exterior does not necessarily improve a contact that misses its intended working face.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
