A Mini Oval Silicone Ring provides a small shaped sealing interface where the mating outline is elongated. The ring should follow the intended oval seat without being twisted or stretched unevenly around its ends. Nitrile O-ring options are also named in this product family, making both shape and compound explicit selection decisions.
Measure the short and long axes along with the required section. A circular ring forced into an oval path may not reproduce the same contact distribution as the selected molded form. Keep the material suited to the fluid, temperature and care conditions of the joint. During fitting, settle the small ring into its locating feature before the mating part is brought down. Check the rounded ends for a folded section that may be difficult to see after closure. Use care during removal so a pointed tool does not cut the seal. Replace a damaged ring with the evaluated outline and material rather than relying on a similar diameter or matching color.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
