Match the attachment and installation method
Rubber seal rings in NBR or silicone can be custom developed for an oil contact interface. Choose the finished formulation for the particular oil, temperature and exposure conditions. The ring diameter and section must also match the intended seat and compression arrangement.
Compare the full profile before fitting. A ring with a similar outside diameter may have a different cross section or central opening, changing how it sits in the joint. Locate the ring without twisting or stretching it beyond the intended method, and check that closing the assembly does not displace it.
Keep material identification associated with each replacement. NBR and silicone versions should not be assumed equivalent simply because they share a color. During maintenance, inspect for swelling, cuts and persistent flattening. Clean the mating surfaces before refitting and review fluid compatibility if the material changes in service. A tighter seat should not be used to disguise a ring that has lost the shape or condition required for its original application.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
