Nitrile rubber rings can be customized for sealing locations that do not follow a standard ring size. The opening, cross section and seated shape should be developed around the mating parts, since a used ring may have stretched or taken a permanent set. Material and dimensions need to reproduce the intended joint rather than the distortion of an old seal.
Measure the seating feature and examine the faces that contact the ring. Note whether the ring is held in a groove or compressed between flat surfaces, because those arrangements support the rubber differently. Custom color and hardness options are available for the finished construction. Fit the ring without twists and ensure that it remains located while the joint closes. During inspection, look for a flattened region or damage confined to one portion of the circumference. That pattern can reveal a local seating issue which should be corrected before a replacement is installed. Keep the chosen nitrile compound matched to the actual fluid and temperature conditions of the joint.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
