Self adhesive silicone rubber feet attach to suitable equipment or product bases using an adhesive layer. The custom molded rubber creates contact points beneath the item, while the backing allows placement where the base design permits bonding. Pad shape and height should match the intended support arrangement.
Look at the underside before choosing locations. Feet need clear mounting surfaces and should not cover labels needed during use, access screws, or ventilation paths. They also need enough separation to support the item evenly. A pad partly attached over a recess has less supported bonding area than one placed fully on a flat surface.
Prepare the substrate and apply the selected 3M adhesive under its appropriate conditions. Keep the exposed adhesive clean and press the foot into place evenly. Check the item on its normal surface after installation. Grip depends on the surface condition and the load, so remove dust or liquid from the contact areas. Inspect the bond if the item is frequently moved, and replace a peeling foot rather than leaving it partly attached.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
