These rubber feet for machine applications are identified by a nominal outside diameter of 33 mm and height of 33 mm. Those dimensions describe the starting envelope for a fit review, but the installed arrangement also needs the mounting details and the space available beneath the machine. Confirm the final drawing before using the nominal dimensions to design the surrounding base.
A useful layout shows the foot locations together with any projecting hardware and the required clearance below the equipment. Record the normal load at each position rather than dividing the total machine weight equally without checking its distribution. The rubber may change height under load, so evaluate the assembled position if clearance to the work surface is important. The unloaded height is not a guaranteed operating clearance.
ETOL lists custom material, hardness and color options for this component family. Describe the machine's operating environment and how it is moved or placed during use. If the 33 mm envelope must remain fixed, identify which faces are critical and which details may be revised during sample development. The requested rubber formulation should be reviewed against those conditions and the support geometry.
Fit rubber feet for machine bases using the specified retention method, then check the loaded assembly for rocking or contact at an unintended point. Verify that nearby covers and service features remain accessible. During inspection, compare the support heights and look for uneven compression or a loose mounting connection. Clean the contact faces before relocating the machine to a finished surface. A quotation supported by the base drawing, required loaded clearance and mounting dimensions gives a clearer specification than the outside diameter and height alone, and makes the first sample more useful for checking the actual machine installation.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The rubber may change height under load, so evaluate the assembled position if clearance to the work surface is important. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
