A custom black stool chair leg tip provides a rubber contact at the end of a furniture leg. The socket, retained length and floor-facing base should suit that specific furniture configuration, with the leg fully seated before its contact is assessed.
ETOL offers molded dimensions, materials, hardness and colors. Compare the finished leg end, including any taper or angled cut, with the inside of the tip. Keep a furniture foot configuration distinct from a crutch-tip configuration; each needs evaluation within the complete product it supports.
Remove debris and inspect the leg end for sharp features before fitting. Seat the tip with the furniture supported, then lower it onto a clean, level surface to check that the base meets as intended. If the cover is partly inserted or tilted, correct that fit before use. Lift the furniture when relocating it, and inspect for grit or a rolling edge during routine care. Replace a worn-through or split tip rather than leaving the bare leg close to the supporting surface.

The socket, retained length and floor-facing base should suit that specific furniture configuration, with the leg fully seated before its contact is assessed. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
