An Oval rubber cable grommet protects a routed cable from the cut edge of an elongated opening. This page brings together a broad dimensional family, which is useful when several panel variants need the same type of protection but use different cutouts or wall thicknesses.
Keep the mounting outline and groove width attached to each panel variant. For example, the table includes 10 by 20 mm, 20 by 60 mm and 40 by 100 mm groove outlines, each associated with its own outside and inside dimensions. A part from the same family is not necessarily interchangeable with the one selected for another panel.
The groove widths include 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 mm. Comparing the wall thickness directly with that column helps avoid confusion with overall thickness. The inside dimensions then establish the passage remaining for the wiring in each version.
During assembly, identify the correct profile before cables obscure the opening. A wrong liner can appear acceptable from one side while leaving a lip loose behind the panel. Trial each panel variant with its own routing arrangement, and check that the grommet remains fully seated after the nearby cable supports are fastened.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Comparing the wall thickness directly with that column helps avoid confusion with overall thickness. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a through-hole or blind-hole profile, then compare the dimensions for your panel and cable arrangement.
