A Flat suction cup assembly provides a broad contact face for an attachment designed around suction. The featured PVC cup can be customized in dimensions, color and hardness. Its success in an assembly depends on how the cup is supported behind that face as well as the condition of the surface it meets.
Keep the mounting arrangement centered so a bracket or connected part does not twist the flexible body. Uneven support can lift a small area of the lip, allowing air to reach beneath the cup. Check this with the final accessory installed rather than inspecting the loose cup alone.
Use a smooth, nonporous contact area large enough for the full footprint. Surface texture cannot be corrected simply by pressing harder on the middle. If the chosen location contains a seam or step, move the cup to a continuous region or reconsider the mounting layout.
For custom production, molded branding should remain clear of surfaces that need to seal or sit flat. After handling, remove dust from the cup face and examine it for local deformation. Release suction before repositioning the assembly instead of sliding it across the mounting surface under load.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
