M8 thread glass suction cups combine a suction contact with a threaded mounting interface. The M8 designation identifies a nominal thread size, while the cup's dimensions and compound remain separate choices. ETOL offers custom size, color and rubber material options for this range.
The suction face needs a smooth, clean surface to establish its contact. When attaching hardware, keep the load path aligned with the cup rather than applying an unintended twisting or peeling force at the edge. A secure thread connection cannot compensate for a cup that is sitting partly over a surface defect.
Check the mating thread and required engagement before assembly. Match the pitch, usable thread length and suction arrangement to the attached hardware, then evaluate holding performance with the selected cup on its intended surface. Avoid rotating the cup body against the glass as a way to tighten the attached hardware.
Evaluate the complete attachment on the intended glass surface and in its working orientation. Inspect the contact lip for damage and keep residue away from it during handling. Release suction by the method appropriate to the chosen design before moving the assembly; pulling the mounted item sideways can load the cup edge in a way that differs from its intended service.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
