A flat suction cup with a screw attachment needs the holder to place its sealing face appropriately against the intended surface. The relatively flat cup form makes the relationship between mounting angle, available contact area, and local surface shape important. A secure screw connection cannot compensate for an uneven lip contact.
Check the holder clearance and receiving thread, including engagement depth. The mounting hardware should not touch the surface first or interfere with the rubber as it settles. Tightening should act through the appropriate attachment features rather than twist the cup body into a stressed position.
Evaluate the complete setup on the actual surface with the intended direction of force. Look for one edge lifting or the cup shifting under an offset load. The flat outline and threaded fixing do not establish a universal holding capacity. During care, inspect the sealing rim and the mounting interface separately, since a loosened screw and a damaged lip can each affect retention while the other part still appears serviceable.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
