Product Overview

A lifter rubber suction cup should be selected as a component of the intended lifting or holding mechanism. The rubber profile, attachment, vacuum arrangement, and working surface all contribute to the complete system's behavior. The cup itself does not establish a safe working load without assessment of that actual setup and its operating conditions.

Define the contact surface, load direction, and movement through the full handling sequence. Include acceleration, changes of direction, and the position of the load relative to the cup where these occur. The rim needs continuous contact, while the mounting structure should not tilt or distort the cup under load.

Use the component within the equipment's specified assembly and operating process. Inspect the rim and attachment before use, keeping both contact surfaces clean. Where several cups work together, assess how the system distributes load rather than simply adding individual nominal figures.

Maintenance should include the full suction and release arrangement as well as the rubber. Look for cuts, permanent distortion, and wear that follows a repeated surface feature or motion. Correct the cause before replacing a cup that has failed in the same location more than once. A larger replacement can change clearance and contact geometry, so it should be assessed as a revision to the complete mechanism rather than assumed to increase capacity automatically.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Define the contact surface, load direction, and movement through the full handling sequence.
Custom geometry
The rubber profile, attachment, vacuum arrangement, and working surface all contribute to the complete system's behavior.
Fit evaluation
Include acceleration, changes of direction, and the position of the load relative to the cup where these occur.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
