Industrial suction cups should be assessed for the directions of force they encounter during machine movement. A cup that initially meets the surface squarely may be loaded sideways as the assembly accelerates or changes direction. Its mounting position and the attached component's geometry need to suit that complete sequence, not only the resting position.
Choose the cup profile around the surface texture and shape. Keep the mounting interface aligned so it does not preload the rubber into a tilted position. Where a vacuum supply is used, include its actual operating conditions and release timing in the assessment of the complete system.
Inspect the rim before fitting and remove debris from the contact surface. Observe the assembly through its intended approach, movement, and release to identify edge lifting or dragging. During maintenance, compare wear around the lip with the machine's motion direction. Repeated damage on one side may indicate a load path or alignment issue that should be corrected before another cup is fitted in the same position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
